On April 4, 2026, West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, in cooperate with the West Kazakhstan Regional Prosecutor’s Office, organized a meeting on “Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency” as part of the “Safe Region” project and strengthening the principle of “Law and Order.”

Students and members of the public participated in the event in person, while other viewers joined online via Zoom. The meeting was attended by Yernat Isatayuly, assistant Regional Prosecutor’s Office; Ruslan Meneshuly, Head of the Department for Supervision of the Execution of Court Sentences at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office; Sagadat Zhomartuly, head of Institution No. 28 of the West Kazakhstan Region penitentiary system; Asset Bauyrzhanovich Kaiyrzhanov, Honored Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in togyzkumalak; and Daniyal Akzholovich Sabit, Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in boxing, three-time winner of the Kazakhstan Championship, silver medalist of the Asian Championship, and champion of the Strandzha Cup tournament, considered a minor world championship.

Via a teleconference, convicts serving sentences in penitentiary institutions shared their life experiences, discussed the consequences of crime, and called on young people to obey the law. The athletes also shared motivational stories, emphasizing the importance of discipline, education, a healthy lifestyle, and law-abiding behavior.

This preventative event is aimed at fostering a legal culture among young people, preventing crime, and reinforcing the principles of “Law and Order” among the younger generation.
