In order to reduce youth unemployment and provide comprehensive support to young people — one of the key priorities of the state — representatives of KPO B.V. held a job fair on February 25, 2026, for graduates of the Institute of Industrial Technologies of WKITU enrolled in the educational program 6B11201 “Life Safety and Environmental Protection,” with the aim of facilitating their employment.
The event was attended by the following company representatives:
- Gulziya Kenzhegalieva — Head of the Occupational Safety Sector;
- Aruzhan Basimova — Occupational Safety Specialist;
- Jamila Ramazanova — Occupational Safety Specialist;
- Damira Eskaliyeva — Lead Recruitment Specialist;
- Albina Kulperdisova — Recruitment Specialist;
- Zhanbota Zhasulanova — Recruitment Specialist.
The representatives of KPO B.V. provided information about the company’s activities as a major oil and gas condensate enterprise in the western region, as well as about its contracting organizations. They explained the internal labor regulations, employment conditions, and the procedures for completing a paid youth internship lasting up to 12 months, which is counted toward work experience.
During the event, presentation materials and a video about the internship experience of trainees were demonstrated.
At the end of the meeting, commemorative gifts were presented to the students who actively participated. The students asked numerous questions regarding the terms and conditions of the youth internship and received clear and comprehensive answers.
The youth internship program generated significant interest among the institute’s students.
