In order to strengthen social partnership in the field of law, establish permanent ties with the professional community and improve the practical training of future lawyers, the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology (WKITU) cordially congratulated the representatives of the Bar Association of the West Kazakhstan region on their professional holiday -Lawyer’s Day.
On behalf of the university, warm wishes were delivered to Kalan Nasimullinovich Kaliev, Chairman of the WKO Bar Association, as well as to the reputable defenders of the region, Tamara Balgabaevna Sarsenova, Aruna Bolatovna Mukhtarova, Nazgul Kameshevna Kenzhebayeva and Gulzhan Amirzhanovna Nurtaza. They are particularly respected for their high professional level of protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms, their contribution to ensuring the rule of law, and their fruitful work aimed at developing a legal culture.
The Bar Association is one of the main institutions of the rule of law. They play an important role in protecting the constitutional rights of citizens, ensuring the implementation of fair justice, providing legal assistance and raising legal awareness in society. In this regard, the management of WKITU considers the participation of lawyers with extensive experience in the academic process to be valuable.
The mutual cooperation of the university and the Bar Association helps to bring the educational process closer to practice, develop students’ professional skills, and improve the quality of education through a law clinic, internships, practical trainings, and master classes. This partnership allows students to analyze specific situations in the legal field, get acquainted with judicial practice and adapt to a professional environment.
