On December 1, the Department of Energy, Automation and Computer Engineering of the Institute of Sectoral Technologies held an educational event dedicated to World AIDS Day. The event brought together students of all courses enrolled in the educational programs “Electric Power Engineering,” “Automation and Control (by industries),” and “Computer Engineering and Information Systems.”

During the meeting, students received up-to-date information on HIV/AIDS prevention, common myths were debunked, and recommendations were provided on responsible attitudes toward personal health. The event included interactive tasks and discussions, which contributed to active participation and engagement among the students.

The purpose of the event was to promote healthy lifestyle values and to increase young people’s awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention.
