On September 25 and 26, IOT 1st year students in the assembly hall of the academic building at 44 M.Ihsanova St., within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation between the ZKITU and the West Kazakhstan Region Police Department, the institute’s management and the compliance service organized a meeting with police officers to explain the Message to the People of Kazakhstan from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokayev K.K. dated September 8 this year and the fulfillment of the requirements the concept of “Law and order” in our country by all citizens.

The leaders and district inspectors assigned to our educational institution, inspectors of the juvenile police of the Local Police Service of the DP, the UP in Uralsk, the Abai OP and the Zachagan OP, were police lieutenant colonels K. Police Lieutenant Colonel Tugelov B.A., an employee of the Department for Combating Drug Crime in the DP, spoke in an accessible way about the detected offenses in the field of drug trafficking, ways to involve young people, great harm to health and strict liability provided by law, and urged students to lead a healthy lifestyle, sports, and help police officers identify drug distribution channels in our region.

Employees of the Department for Combating Cybersecurity, police Major M.D. Kairgaliev, police Lieutenant K. Dauletkerei, spoke about the measures taken on cyber violations, about the new rule of art.232-1 in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for fraud, which provides for up to 7 years in prison, which often involves young people out of ignorance of the law and for selfish reasons. Examples of exposing cybercriminals in our region were given. In his presentations, he showed how cybercriminals operate and how to protect themselves from them.

Employees of the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the DP, police majors Mukhtarov K.Z., Borangali B.E., brought to the students the facts of bullying in educational institutions, extortion, detention and prosecution of marginal youth in the city, provided for by the law of responsibility for this. Videos were shown on all topics.

After answering numerous questions from the students, the police officers wished them successful studies, urged them to be law-abiding and not tolerant of all offenses, and to participate in their suppression – this is zero tolerance of citizens for offenses, as required by the Head of our State.

The leadership of WKITU Shakeshev B.T., Abikeshev A.I. in their speeches explained to students the need to comply with the requirements of the University for compliance with the regulations on Academic integrity, the Student’s Honor Code, the Rules of conduct in an educational institution and residence in a dormitory, urging them to study well, play sports and social work, be active citizens of our country and not They thanked the police officers for their meaningful participation in the event and wished them success in their service.
