On February 27, 2025, the Department of Veterinary and Technosphere hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Agricultural Sustainability, Industrial and Food Security: Applied Research, Intelligent Technologies and Innovative Development”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Institute of Industrial Technologies of the ZKITU.

The conference was attended by scientists, teachers, doctoral students of the VITB Department, researchers from the Agricultural Innovation and Technology Park, and scientists from foreign partner universities.

During the conference, the participants discussed innovations in the field of veterinary medicine and veterinary services, methods of treatment and prevention of animal diseases, topical issues of industrial and food safety, problems of ecology and environmental protection.

Reports on the use of innovative domestic and foreign veterinary drugs for the prevention and treatment of animal diseases aroused great interest, as issues of animal health and the spread of infections are of concern to veterinarians in Kazakhstan, Russia and around the world. Relevant reports were on the organization of veterinary work in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, on the peculiarities of the conservation of the Central Russian bee and the manifestation of foot-and-mouth disease in the North Caucasus, as well as scientific projects carried out within the framework of scientific and technical programs of the PCF of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A constructive and positive atmosphere prevailed at the conference. Holding such conferences allows you to share knowledge and experience with colleagues.
