On November 11, 2024, as part of the Quality Week6 that began at the Institute of Education and Management of WKITU, senior lecturer, Master of Law Zhaylibayeva Zh.M. and Candidate of judicial sciences Kustavletov Kh.M. of the History and Law Department held an open binary study for guests and students of the educational program “Law Enforcement” of the 1st, 2nd, 4th years.

The main goal of the lesson is to consolidate the material covered in the disciplines: “Civil Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Civil Procedural Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Family Law”, “Prosecutor’s Supervision”, the application of the norms of the current legislation in the field of branches of law governing legal proceedings, and the development of the skill of future law enforcement officers in drawing up judicial documentation and conducting legal proceedings.

The study was conducted in the form of an imitation of a civil process in a courtroom using regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other NPA. The roles of participants in the legal proceedings in the case under consideration were distributed among the students of the 1st, 2nd and 4th years. The participants in the process were the judge who opened the civil process, the prosecutor who acted in the interests of the minor, the plaintiff, the defendant, the representatives of the plaintiff and the defendant, the juvenile inspector, and the director of the orphanage. The plot of the case is a statement of claim for divorce and division of property. Based on the results of the hearing, as provided for by the civil procedural legislation, taking into account the interests of the minor, a corresponding decision was made.

The open lesson was attended by 2nd and 3rd year students of the educational program “Jurisprudence” of the M. Utemisov WKU, invited for the purpose of exchanging experience.

In general, the binary study achieved its goals. The active participation and preparation of students of the educational program “Law Enforcement” indicate the consolidation of the material covered and the use of the regulatory framework in preparation for the court hearing.
