On September 9 and 13, 2024, 1st year students of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety visited the university library as part of adaptation, socialization and introduction to the scientific life of the university. The excursions took place in accordance with the approved schedule.  The head of the library of the Institute of Industrial Technologies Muftigaliva Nadira Sabitovna conducted an educational tour, familiarized students with the fund of educational, methodological, scientific, and fiction literature. Students are given information about the electronic library and the introduced new digital technologies. It was noted that the library has computers with Internet access, i.e. anyone can come and use the library’s resources if they do not have a computer or Internet at home, and all this is absolutely free! 

Of course, our freshmen enjoyed the tour very much. The students shared their impressions: “Crossing the threshold of the library hall, I want to read all the books, start writing something myself, pay more attention to self-development”, “We got acquainted with books that will help us prepare for exams in the future”, “The library is a meeting place for ideas and people. And we really enjoyed this meeting!”
