Sabyr Murat Bukenbayevich, professor of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, Doctor of Philology, Turkologist, Orientalist. He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, author of 6 textbooks, 5 monographs, more than 300 scientific articles, studies medieval written monuments written in Oguz-Kipchak and Kypchak-Oguz with Arabic script in Middle Turkic times, researcher of the history of the Kazakh language, historical lexicology, ethnolinguistics. Two-time winner of the “Best University Teacher” grant (2007, 2012). The owner of the international scholarship under the program “Bolashak” (2011), passed a scientific internship at the Research Institute of Turkic Studies of the University of Marmara in Turkey.
