On September 1, the traditional holiday dedicated to the Day of Knowledge was held at the Pedagogical Faculty and the Faculty of Languages and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University. Freshmen, senior students of the faculty, their parents, teachers and university staff gathered for the solemn assembly in the building of the educational institution. With words of congratulations, the rector of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University, Ph.D., Professor Shakeshev B.T., who emphasized that September 1 is a special holiday, it symbolizes the constant desire of people for knowledge, for everything new and unknown. We learn throughout our lives, master skills and abilities, acquire new knowledge about the world, and student audiences give a start to all this. The rector wished the students to study well, to learn new things, to be patriots of their country. The Dean of the Faculty of Education, Ph.D., Associate Professor Azhgaliev M.K., and the Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Management, Ph.D., Associate Professor Ramanova A.A., also addressed the audience. She congratulated all those present on the beginning of the school year and the Day of Knowledge. In his congratulatory speeches, he noted that this day is the most long-awaited for freshmen, because they are entering a completely new, still unfamiliar, but very bright and eventful life. They noted that today’s education is our way to the future associated with the creation of new opportunities for unlocking the potential of Kazakhstanis. A developed country in the 21st century means active, educated and healthy citizens.
