On April 19, 2022, teachers of the Department of Ecology and Biotechnology of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University took part in a scientific seminar on the topic “Quality Management”, organized jointly with the Department of Technosphere Safety and Production Certification of Samara State Technical University.

The purpose of the seminar is to exchange experience in the field of research related to quality management issues in all areas of activity of industrial and educational structures.

Within the framework of the seminar, lecturers and students of partner universities made presentations on the issues of improving the quality of goods and services. Senior lecturer of the Department of Ecology and Biotechnology ZKITU Santalina Galina Anatolyevna presented a report on the topic “Product quality management in order to increase the level of competitiveness of enterprises”, which aroused great interest among the participants of the seminar.
