On the 14th of March 2018, a plenary meeting of the XVIII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists “Human Capital – the Basis for Modernization” was held at West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University. The conference is held in the consideration of the President’s Message of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan dated on the 10th of January 2018 “New opportunities for development in the conditions of the 4th industrial revolution”.
The rector of WKITU, Doctor of Economics, Professor Gabdualieva Raushan Smadinzyzy spoke with welcoming speech, she stressed that the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, N.A. Nazarbayev, in his Message to the people of Kazakhstan notes that the new independent thinking of young people is a factor that will lead the country to new goals that seem far and far beyond our reach.
The invited guest was the head of the department for youth policy of the West Kazakhstan region Sakoshev Ayan Kazhimulyuly. He congratulated participants on the beginning of the XVIII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists, wishing successes in the work of the conference.
Vice-rector for scientific work and international relations of WKITU, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Burakhta Vera Alekseevna in her speech emphasized the need to get quality education for today’s youth, since education and science are the main factors of success in the future.
The Head of the Chair of Philology of Kalmyk State University named after B.B. Gorodovikov, Doctor of Philology, Professor Mushaev Vladimir Naranovich emphasized the importance of holding a conference within the framework of scientific cooperation, which makes a valuable contribution to the improvement of the educational process and creates incentives for further fruitful scientific work.
Young scientists, students, undergraduates, graduate students, and lecturers delivered plenary reports. In her speech on the topic “Kazakhstan zhastary – ruhani zharyrou zholynda”, the master student of WKITU Baymuratova Danaghl reflected the key directions of the program “Bolashak ba’dar: ruhani zhykiru”.
The Master Degree student of Kalmyk State University named after B.B.Gorodovikov Beketayeva Sandi in her report on the theme: “From the history of the translation of the Kalmyk heroic epic” Djangar “into the Kazakh language” presented a comparative analysis of the translation of the work “The Secret Legend of the Mongols”, carried out in Kazakhstan.
With great interest senior instructor of WKITU, master of cultural studies, post-graduate student of Saratov State Technical University named after Yu.A. Gagarina Kurmanova Zhanara Burambaevna made a presentation on the theme: “Polylism as one of the priorities of modern education and language culture in Kazakhstan”, in which she emphasized the need for active introduction of polygamy in universities, since the future of Kazakhstan is for free possession of Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
In the report on the theme: “Kazakhstan economy in the field of tourism prospective”, the second year student of WKITU Tolekbaeva Danagul outlined the prospects for tourism development for the economy.
Report of Candidate of Juridical Science, associate professor WKITU Gabdualiev Mereke Tlekovich on the theme: “Actual issues of romanization” of the legal life of the country “is dedicated to the problems and prospects of the transition of the Kazakh language to the Latin alphabet.
Vice-rector for educational work, candidate of historical sciences, assistant professor Yernazarov Zhaskairat Tlekkabylovich awarded diplomas of the I, II, III degree to the winners of the International competitions of young scientists of Russia and Kazakhstan held in Orenburg and Uralsk within the framework of international cooperation with the Orenburg State Pedagogical University.
The moderators of the conference, the masters Kurmanova Zhanara and Bekkaliyev Nurlan, on behalf of young scientists expressed their confidence that all the patriotic tasks of the country’s development, indicated by the President for the coming years, will be realized: “And today we can confidently state: we – young scientists are mobilized to join the day tomorrow”.
