On November 28, at 11 o’clock, within the framework of the signed Memorandum of Cooperation between the ZKITU and the Department of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a practice-oriented lesson was held with students on EP 6B04202 Jurisprudence, 6B04203 Legal regulation of transportation, movement and operation of transport and 6B04207 Judicial and prosecutorial activities.
Employees of the Department of Education for the West Kazakhstan Region – head of the educational department of institution No. 27, Captain of Justice Aibersiyev Yerlan, Senior inspector for educational and personnel work, Senior Lieutenant of Justice Amanzhol Gulsezim, senior inspector for BSP of institution No. 27 Utegen Azat, the topic of the lesson “The order of detention of convicts in institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was meaningfully disclosed. The employees were told in detail about the types of regimes of detention of convicts in institutions for serving sentences, about the presence in the Republic of Kazakhstan of institutions for serving sentences in the form of imprisonment for minors and women, and the procedures of detention.
The students were informed in detail about the work of three institutions of the penal system located in the city of Uralsk. Attention is focused on the functioning of the remand prison, which is an architectural monument in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Students have been informed about the daily routine of convicts in medium and maximum-security institutions, about the educational work carried out by the staff of the DPES and their involvement in work and the products they produce.
In addition, the staff of the DUIS also brought to the students the order of admission and service in the bodies of the penal enforcement system. Qualification requirements, standards for passing physical training, special conditions of service were brought, graduates were invited to serve in the bodies of the DPES.
At this lesson, the staff of the DUIS answered in detail all the questions posed by the students.
