The Office of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region has developed a schedule of meetings by Order No. 9-1/214 of 21.01.2022 in order to clarify and inform about the state anti-corruption policy among the population of labor collectives and higher educational institutions.

On February 2, 2022, the “Concept of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026” was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with the approved schedule of meetings, on March 29, 2022, the staff of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University met with the head of the Prevention Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) for the West Kazakhstan Region Khairullinym B. M. in order to clarify the main directions of this concept.

In his speech, B.M. Khairullin noted that Kazakhstan is aimed at moving from routine anti-corruption to a radical change in public consciousness, rejection by the population of any forms of corruption and nepotism, priority of preventive measures. The basic principles, goals and objectives of anti-corruption were explained. One of the main objectives of the concept is the formation of a respectable society.
