The Institute of Industry Technologies of the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology hosted the traditional competition of youth startup business projects “Start UP Zhastar”, where students had the opportunity to share their business ideas and make them a reality in the future.

The purpose of the Competition is to reveal the creative potential of students in the field of business, as well as to support socially significant business initiatives of students.

The objectives of the Competition:

– popularization of entrepreneurial activity among young people;

– encouraging students to create and develop their own business;

– identification of students’ creative potential.

The competition was held in two stages, 13 teams participated in the first stage, and 6 teams participated in the second stage. At the second competitive stage of student startup projects, the following teams won prizes:

🥇1st place – the Energy team;

2nd place – the Builders team;

3rd place – the Energo team.

 The Scrabble team won in the nomination “Best Innovative Project”.

 The nomination “Excellent students of the competent presentation of the project” was won by the Happy Friends team.

The ENACTUS IOT-WKITU team was nominated for the best design presentation.

All participants were awarded certificates, letters of thanks, and the winners were awarded cash certificates!
