On the 23d of April, 2026, Kalenova Zh.M., 1-year students Tolganai Kauantai and Nurzharkynbek Madiuly took part in the informative and academical seminar ‘Personality – Country – History’, timed to coincide with Science Day. The academical seminar was organised by the House of Friendship (Atameken), which annually honours active members of the Young Scientists’ Club under the Scientific and Analytical Group. The seminar purpose was to highlight the role of historical figures in the country’s development and the formation of national identity, to support the scientific activities of young researchers, and to strengthen historical awareness and the patriotic spirit among young people. The event began with a minute’s silence in memory of Mukhtar Shahanov, an outstanding Kazakh poet and public figure, following his passing. This served as a striking demonstration of respect for the individual and spiritual continuity. Following the event, Zharkynay Meirambaeva and students of Educational programme “Architecture” were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the West Kazakhstan Region Administration.
