In order to increase the professional competence of lecturers, exchange experience, as well as develop creative activity of students, from November 11 to 15, 2019, the traditional III “Quality week – 2019” was held at the Pedagogical faculty and the Faculty of Languages and Management, dedicated to the year of youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan .
The week was opened by the library exhibition of books “New knowledge of humanities. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language” and “Works of our lecturers” organized in the library.
Within the framework of the week, 12 open studies were held using modern teaching technologies, 5 round tables on various topical topics, 1 methodological seminar, 1 training and 2 master classes.
On November 11, the Department of Philology, Culture and Teaching Methods held a round table on the current topic “Linguistic and political aspects of the transition to the Latin alphabet”. The round table was attended by the director of the Almaty State Institute of Language Development, candidate of philological sciences Bizhomart Kapalbek, chairman of the West Kazakhstan branch of the Kazakh Language international association Bulat Zheksengaliev, associate professor of WKSU named after M. Utemisov, Candidate of Philology Kuspan Aronov, teachers of secondary schools of Uralsk, faculty, undergraduates and university students. The round table participants discussed the urgent problems of introducing the Latin alphabet, suggested the main directions for their solution, in particular on the correct use of the alphabet of A. Baitursynov.
At a high level, a methodical seminar “Interactive study by students of accounting and financial disciplines as one of the ways to establish their professional competence” was held by Candidate of Economics, associate professor of the Department “Accounting and Finance” Kurmanova G.K. The seminar discussed interactive teaching technologies used by lecturers of the department.
As part of the week, open classes were held: Master of Education, senior lecturer of the Department of “Natural Sciences” Mendigaliev B.S. on the topic “Dopty korzhynga laktyru kesіndegі karsy turu: kagu, sogu zhane zhabu adisterin uirenu”, Ph.D., senior lecturer of the department “Economics and Management” Abuova Zh.M. on the topic “Business Investment”, senior lecturer of the department “Philology, Culture and Teaching Methods” Nabi A.G. on the topic “Zhana Kazakh latyn alіpbiіnіn zhobasy men graphicasy”, Master of History, Senior Lecturer of the Department “History and Law” Kuttybaeva D.М. on the topic “Kazakstandyk kogam kundylyktarynyn zhana zhuiesi”, senior lecturer of the department “Natural Sciences” Kuspanov N.S. on the subject of “Basketball oiynda dopty beu tekhniksyn zhetildiru”, master of economics, senior lecturer of the department “Accounting and Finance” Islyamov R.S. on the theme “Asia elderindegi halykaralyk tourism”, Ph.D., Candidate of History, associate professor of the department “History and Law” Balykova A.M. on the topic “Europa men Asia Hunn Imperiyasy”, senior lecturer of the Department of “History and Law” Khasanova M.D. on the topic “Advocacy bodies of the RK”, senior lecturer of the department “Economics and Management” Urazova B.A. on the topic “Expences of production”, economics, senior lecturer of the department “Accounting and Finance” Salimbaeva Sh.D. on the subject “Sharuashylyk zhargizushi subjectіlerdіn karzhysy zhane olardy karzhylandyru kozderi”, senior lecturer of the department “Natural sciences” Zhubanalieva L.U. on the theme “Combinatorics of elementaries”.
In open classes, teachers demonstrated innovative experience, the implementation of a methodological idea, the use of interactive teaching methods and technologies, and developed students’ critical thinking skills. During the classes, students clearly articulated their thoughts and actively worked in groups, discussed the questions posed.
For teachers of foreign languages, a master class on the topic “Business English: Careers (3rd course)”, Candidate of Philology, associate professor of the department of “Foreign languages and translation studies” Matzhanova G.Zh. was very useful.
Open classes of the Master of Psychology senior lecturer Dzharmukhambetova G.Z. on the topic “Motivation for the success of future psychologists” was held in the form of training for students. The training was distinguished by an exciting presentation of information, ensuring the maximum transfer of experience from the teacher to the students.
At the master class “Lepbook – to the school of education and technology”of senior lecturer of the department “Pedagogics and Psychology” Sultangalieva A.I. took part students and faculty, educatorof kindergarten No. 35 Kosymbaeva N. and a graduate of our university, educator of kindergarten No. 41 “Kolobok” Kairlieva A. At the master class, teachers and students learned the technology of creating and using a laptop.
“Pedagogical technology as a system of innovative activity of a lecturer of a higher school of the Republic of Kazakhstan. ” The moderator is Candidate of Pedagogics, Corresponding Member of the International Concord Academy of France, Professor of the Department of Pedagogics and Psychology Tasimova A.A. The university library staff presented monographs and teaching aids of Tashimova A.A. Professor Tasimova A.A. made a presentation on the topic “Pedagogical technologies as a system of innovative activity of a lecturer of a university of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
On November 13, 2019, the business trainer of the “Zhas kasipker”, “Bastau” projects of NPE Atameken Suyunshkalieva D.S. held a master class on “Business Ideas”, focused on the development and support of youth entrepreneurship. Students prepared their business projects in various areas. The projects were aimed at improving the socio-economic life of the region. As a result of the master class, a business coach revealed the entrepreneurial potential of youth.
