09/11/2023, as part of the activities of the branch of the Department of Law on the basis of the West Kazakhstan Regional Bar Association, for students in the educational program 6B04202 Jurisprudence, a practice-oriented lesson was held in the discipline “Juvenile Law” on the topic: “The child’s right to communicate with parents and other relatives » The lesson was conducted by Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Law, lawyer – Mereke Gabdualiev.

The purpose of this type of practical training is to develop professional competencies in drawing up draft statements of claim in disputes related to the right of parents and relatives to communicate with a child, enshrined in the family legislation of Kazakhstan, as well as familiarization with the mechanism of legal implementation of citizens to protect their rights and legitimate interests in this area social and legal relations.

In addition, the legal aspects of parental rights and the rights of the child were actively discussed in the context of existing judicial practice.
