On April 25, 2023, the teaching staff of the department and students of OP 6B07201/7M07201 – “Oil and Gas business” of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities of the ZKITU were at a practice–oriented lesson at the oil terminal of Zhaikmunai LLP, accompanied by Andrey Georgievich Zobnin, an OT and TB engineer.

In 2009, Zhaikmunai LLP commissioned its own automated railway filling terminal in Uralsk. Currently, it receives all the volumes of oil produced by Zhaikmunai LLP, sold on the domestic market, and condensate sent for export. The capacity of the terminal is about 4 million tons of oil and condensate per year. Zhaikmunai LLP has a number of storage facilities for liquid hydrocarbons located at the field and the railway filling terminal, with a total volume of more than 30,000 cubic meters.
