On October 29, 2025, instructor A.N. Shatekova conducted an open class with students of group VTiIS-42 on the topic of using the Tinkercad program for 3D modeling.
The purpose of the lesson was to develop students’ practical skills in 3D design, enhance their ability to work with modern digital tools, and form an understanding of the applications of 3D technologies in various fields.
During the practical session, students became familiar with the Tinkercad interface, learned the basic functions of creating and editing objects, and practiced combining simple geometric shapes to build complex three-dimensional models. Each student developed an individual mini-project — a simple 3D model — demonstrating creativity and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
The class was held in an active and engaging format. Students asked questions, exchanged ideas, and helped each other during the modeling process. This form of learning not only strengthened their professional competencies, but also fostered teamwork skills and increased their interest in modern digital technologies.
