On February 17, 2022, at the Faculty of Languages and Management, in accordance with the plan of the Department of Economics and Management, a patriotic evening was held on the theme “Passing military duty is equivalent to victory”.
The moderator of the event was the deputy dean for educational work Nugymanova Sh. E.
The purpose of the event: the formation of a socially active personality of a citizen and a patriot with a sense of national pride, civic dignity, love for the Fatherland, his people and readiness to defend and fulfill constitutional duties.
The meeting was attended by the head of the educational and ideological Department of the Defense Department of the West Kazakhstan region, Major Akhmetkaliev Kuat Urazgalievich, Head of the Department of Youth Policy of the West Kazakhstan region Orash Nurhat Serikkalievich, and the chairman of the Public Association “Combat Veterans who participated in the settlement of interethnic conflicts in Nagorno-Karabakh” of the Republic of Kazakhstan Imangaliev Marlene Gilmanovich and Umbetov Talap Azmukhambetovich took part in this event.
Kuat Urazgalievich noted that patriotic education of youth is a part of the state youth policy of the country. Being a patriot of your country is always a great honor for any person who has pride and dignity.
The veterans not only shared their thoughts, but also called on modern youth to keep the peace, not to succumb to various provocations, and be ready to defend the Motherland.
The event was attended by students of 1-3 courses. The meeting was held in the form of an open microphone. Each participant was able to get an answer to his question.
The event ended with a lively discussion and questions from students. The guys asked questions, realizing that, perhaps, not only the successful future of the army, but also the welfare of the whole country depends on them.
