On October 14, 2022 was organized the seminar for advisers of the faculties of pedagogy, languages and management of West Kazakhstan innovation and technological university on theme: “Organization of educational process and a mechanism for strengthening advising work”

The purpose of the seminar: Improving the work of the adviser by introducing new directions in the educational process. Strengthening the relationship between the student and the advisor.

The objective of the seminar: Increasing the efficiency of the adviser work.

The speaker, the Head of the Registar’s Office m.e.s.Kusikbaeva Laura noted positive changes in the educational process, emphasized the importance of the adviser’s work, their role in the educational process.

Due to the fact that the advisor is a teacher and instructor who helps them choose a learning path that ensures effective interaction between faculty staff and students, it was noted that the requirements for them are also high.

Directions for further work of the registry were presented, many proposals were made.

During the seminar were discussed and clarified the questions and some actual problems by the heads of departments and advisors.
