From April 4 to April 21, the youth resource center of Uralsk, youth branch “Zhastar Rukhy” of the party “Amanat” with the support of the akimat of Uralsk held the festival “ORAL JASTARY” among the students of Uralsk.

The purpose of the festival:

➢ Unification of student youth studying in universities and colleges of Uralsk, education of new Kazakhstani patriotism, interethnic tolerance and spiritual harmony;

➢ Creation of conditions for cultural and spiritual development, improvement of education and upbringing, creative growth of talented youth.

The festival was held in the following categories:

• Mini football;
• Traditional song;
• Volleyball;
• Cybersport;
• Pop song;
• Chess;
• Instrumental performance;
• KVN;
• The best master of the artistic word;
• Ping pong;
• Choreographic performance.

WKITU won the third place in the team scoring among 4 higher and 22 special educational institutions.

Students of our university won prizes in the following nominations:

Volleyball team of WKITU won the second place;

Taukenov Rakhimzhan and Shalabaev Ayan, 1-st and 3-rd year students of the EP “Physical Culture and Sports” won the first place in Cybersport;

Zhagparova Dana, 1-st year student of the EP “Music Education” in the nomination “Pop Song” won the first place;

Birgaliev Mukagali, 2-nd year student of the EP “Cultural and Leisure Work” in the nomination “Traditional Song” won the third place;

Irgaliyev Alikhan, 3-rd year student of the EP “Oil and Gas Business” and Sarbupina Ainur, 3-rd year student of the EP “Physical Culture and Sports”, won the first place in chess;

Tursynbaev Syilykhan, 2-nd year student of the EP “Physical Culture and Sport”, won the third place in ping pong;

Dance group “Aru” won the third place in the genre of modern dance.
