On October 5, 2026, a guest lecture was conducted by Senior Lecturer O.B. Tyulepbergenova at the Department of Architecture and Construction for group ZK-42 in the discipline “Real Estate Market” on the topic “Market Value of Land Plots and Real Estate Properties: Factors and Valuation Methods.”

During the lecture, students studied the main types of value, pricing factors, real estate valuation approaches, and the legal and regulatory framework governing valuation activities.

Special attention was given to the interactive “Provocation Lecture” method, which involved identifying and correcting deliberately introduced errors. The “Associative Cinquain” and “Traffic Light” methods were also used to reinforce the learning material.

The session helped increase students’ engagement, develop analytical thinking, and strengthen practical skills in real estate valuation.
