On November 15, a round table with leading library specialists was held in the reading room of the university library as part of the “Quality Week-2024”. The purpose of the Round Table was to identify and discuss current issues in library and information activities. Representatives of Uralsk libraries Satybaldieva L. B. –Head of the Library Development Department of the West Kazakhstan Regional Central Universal Scientific Library named after Zhuban Moldagaliev, Dauletkaliyeva A. K. – Head of the Service Department of the West Kazakhstan Regional Library for Blind and Visually Impaired Citizens and Bykov S. S., Doskaliyeva A. K., Mukhamedzhanova Zh. T. leading specialists of the regional library for children and youth named after Khamza Yesenzhanov outlined modern trends in the work of libraries.
