Practical training in the workplace is an important part of the educational process, aimed at consolidating the theoretical knowledge obtained at the University. In this regard, during two days on 20 and 21 February 2020, a master class on “Dangerous and harmful factors in human production activity” was held at the enterprise of JSC “INTERGAS Central Asia” by Ramazanov M. I., a teacher on labor protection and industrial safety of UKK “Shymkent”. This event was attended by students of 2-3 courses of the specialty 5B070800-oil and Gas business and senior teachers of special disciplines Gubaidullin K. Zh. and Amanova B. N.

At the first lesson on 20 January 2020, students got acquainted with labor protection and safety at work, with dangerous and harmful environmental factors. The students answered the test questions and watched a film about accidents in the oil and gas industry.

During the second lesson on 21 January 2020, students and teachers visited test laboratories, studied methods for determining faults, defects in gas and oil pipelines and familiarized themselves with the test equipment.

Practical training in the workplace allows students to get acquainted with the conditions and features of future professional activities, to acquire high professional, research and organizational skills.
