On April 8, 2026, a job fair titled “Jobs for Youth” was held at the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University. The event was organized by the university with the support of the Career Center and the Youth Resource Center.
The main objective of the job fair was to establish direct connections between employers and job seekers, as well as to create favorable conditions for the employment of university graduates and the recruitment of qualified personnel for organizations.
More than 32 employer organizations took part in the fair. The total number of job vacancies offered exceeded 500. Positions were provided by both government institutions and private enterprises.
The event was attended by around 150 graduating students and job-seeking professionals. Graduates had the opportunity to communicate directly with employers and submit their résumés.
Among the participants were the Akimat Office of Zhaqsygan (Zachagan) settlement, preschool educational institutions, second-tier banks, psychological rehabilitation centers, Technodom LLP, the Police Department of Uralsk (West Kazakhstan Region), the Zhuban Moldagaliyev City Library, the Uralsk City Career Center, the Youth Center, the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the West Kazakhstan Region, the Multidisciplinary Hospital of Uralsk, IT Kazakhstan LLP, Secondary School No. 17, Secondary School No. 26, and other significant organizations.
Many participants were able to find suitable job opportunities, and some were hired immediately after interviews. In particular, the “AVA BALAMA” center agreed to employ two graduates in Physical Education and Sports, as well as one graduate from the Psychology program. One graduate was also invited to work as a psychologist at the Police Department of the West Kazakhstan Region.
Companies established connections with prospective specialists and invited them to join their talent pools. Employers expressed their gratitude for the organization of the event and appreciation for the opportunity to participate.
