In order to reduce the unemployment rate and provide comprehensive support to young people, which is one of the main tasks of the state, representatives of KPO BV held a job fair for graduates of the Institute of Industrial Technologies of WKITU under the educational program 6B11201 “Life safety and environmental protection” for the purpose of youth employment.

This event was attended by: Gulzia Kenzhegalieva is the Head of the Safety Sector, Damira Eskalieva is a Leading Recruitment Specialist, Zhanbota Jasulanova is a Recruitment Specialist and Albina Kulperdisova is a Recruitment Specialist.

The personnel staff from KPO B.V. explained about the internal labor regulations and the conditions of employment, as well as the condition for completing a paid youth internship lasting 12 months, and the length of service. In addition, slide materials and a special video about internships were used.

At the end of the event, the organizers conducted a game-based test, according to the results of which the students who won the prizes were presented with gifts.

Many students of the Institute were interested in youth practice.
