On 18.10.2023, at 13.00 hours, a guest lecture was held on the basis of the Department of Law and from the WKITU for students of the 1,2 and 3 courses in the educational programs 6B04207 Judicial and prosecutorial activity, 6B04202 Jurisprudence.      

Judge of the Uralsk City Court No. 2 Musaurova G. gave a lecture on “Inheritance and its legal aspects”. The judge told the students about the settlement of disputes in inheritance cases, namely about the timing of inheritance, who has the right to inheritance, the gift agreement and the will, what disputes may arise when new circumstances are revealed and about the settlement of cases using conciliation procedures. She paid special attention to the fundamental element of the dispute in civil cases. At the end of the lesson, students asked questions to which they received exhaustive answers, and a discussion was formed. At the end of the meeting, the audience expressed gratitude to the judge for an interesting and informative lesson.
