From September 26 to October 7, 2022, the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Additional Education on the basis of the regional center for youth tourism and ecology conducted a refresher course “Organization of group work on youth tourism and local history at school” for teaching staff of organizations implementing programs additional education for children.

The participants of the course were teachers, heads of circles of Ulytau, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Turkestan, Zhambyl, Mangystau, Aktobeand West Kazakhstan regions. A senior instructor of the department “Accounting and Finance” of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological UniversityIslyamov R.S. took part in the event as a lecturer. Lectures were supported by practical demonstration techniques. As an exchange of experience for the course participants, an excursion was held as one of the methods of the local history circle.
