Currently, the main problem in the training of competitive personnel is to increase the novelty and advantages of the content of educational programs. At the same time, during the preparation period for each academic year, the structure of educational programs in the areas of training of each cadre is improved in consultation with employers who are part of the working group and senior students.

On April 11, 2023, a meeting with employers of regional sports schools and educational institutions was held at the Department of “Natural Science Disciplines” of the Pedagogical Faculty of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University. During the meeting, educational programs 6B01401 – “Physical Culture and Sports”, 7M01401 – Physical Culture and Sports”, 6B01501 – Computer Science for the 2023-2024 academic year were discussed.

At the meeting, employers told about the emerging problems in personnel training, shared their opinions on the effectiveness of educational programs, on the results of the formed training.

Employers, in turn, make a great contribution to determining the quality of the developed educational programs. Thus, the university strives to improve the content and quality of educational programs by working with employers.

It is worth noting that additional education programs (minor) are taught in educational programs at the bachelor’s level. This program provides students with great opportunities to master an additional profession. The proposals of employers were taken into account when discussing educational programs, the programs were supplemented.
