On April 16, 2026, a meeting entitled “The Constitution and Youth: An Open Dialogue” was held at the Institute of Education and Management of West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.

The main aim of the event was to improve young people’s legal literacy, comprehensively explain the meaning of the Constitution, and shape their civic stance.

The meeting opened with a welcoming address by A.I. Abekeshev, vice-rector for educational affairs at West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University. Kh.M. Kustavletov, Candidate of Law at the Department of History and Law, gave an explanatory talk to the students about the new Constitution. A.A. Kubashev, Master of Pedagogy at the Department of History and Law, presented a paper on “Civil Responsibility” and explained in detail the relevance of this issue.

During the event, students asked questions and received informative answers.
