Academic mobility of the teaching staff is one of the key areas of activity of a modern higher education institution, contributing to the improvement of education quality, exchange of experience, and the implementation of advanced educational practices.

At the IOT of WKITU, efforts to develop academic mobility are systematic and continuous and are carried out within the framework of active cooperation with Kazakhstani and foreign partner universities. The teaching staff of the IOT WKITU participates in both internal and external academic mobility programs of higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Thus, in the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, within the framework of outgoing external academic mobility, lecturers of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety — Candidate of Technical Sciences Rashid Bulatovich Shirvanov, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences K.K. Keikiyeva, and Master of Sciences Isatay Kenesovich Zhumagaliyev — conducted classes for students of V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University and P.A. Stolypin Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University. Within the framework of internal academic mobility, classes were also organized for students of Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University.

In turn, leading scholars from partner universities — Candidate of Hydrological Sciences Mikhail Viktorovich Valov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Tatyana Vladimirovna Dymova, Candidate of Biological Sciences Oksana Nikolaevna Marina, and Candidate of Technical Sciences Kalizhan Anuarbekovich Narbayev — delivered informative and relevant lectures to WKITU students, sharing modern scientific approaches and practical experience.
