Classes on the topic: “Theory and practice of investigation of criminal offenses encroaching on the person” for students of the 3rd year of OP 6B04202 Jurisprudence.
The purpose of the lesson: to consolidate classroom theoretical knowledge by implementing it into practical activities. The classes were held on the basis of the Department of Law and Law of the ZKITU, at the address Uralsk, ul., Pobeda 137/1.
During the lesson, students practically fulfill the requirements of part 1 of Article 196 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carry out urgent investigative actions to establish and consolidate traces of a crime: inspection, search, seizure.
