On December 8, 2025, the Department of Finance and Economics of the Institute of Education and Management, represented by senior lecturers Zh. A. Aimesheva and D. S. Togasheva, together with their stakeholder – the Department of strategy and economic development of the West Kazakhstan region, organized a practical-oriented study for students of the educational programs 6B04106–Finance, 6B04106–Economics, and 6B04104– Governmental and local management in the disciplines “Budget policy and budget process” and “Regional Economics” as part of the Action Plan for conducting decomposed information work.

During the event, students were introduced to the department’s main activities and daily work processes. They also answered questions about public service, its value, and mechanisms for interacting with society. During the course, students had an open dialogue with staff, were able to ask questions, and received detailed information about career opportunities in the civil service.
