On December 13, 2022, in the assembly hall of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, under the organization of Vice-rector for Educational Work Abekeshev Ayanbek Imanbayuly and Vice-rector for Strategy and Quality Assurance Mukhanbetkaliev Asken Samuratovich, a meeting entitled “Gylymmen korkeigen otbasy – rukhani kundylyk” was held as part of the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This meeting was the first in a series of meetings of students with famous personalities of the region with outstanding achievements in the field of culture, science, business, sports, etc., planned by the university.

A family couple of famous scientists, whose names are widely known not only in our region and country, but also abroad, were invited to a meeting with university students. These are Rysbekov Tuyakbay Zeitovich – scientist, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, honorary academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, knight of the Order “Parasat”, honorary citizen of the city of Uralsk and Shintemirova Bayan Gabbasovna – Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor.

The meeting was held in the format of a dialogue. Students asked questions and received comprehensive answers. During the evening, a documentary about a family of scientists who are an example for the younger generation was shown, songs and poems performed by university students were played.
