From April 1, 2021, in connection with the dismissal of the dean of the pedagogical faculty of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, Candidate of Chemistry, professor Dzhumakaeva Bayan Sabirovna, the acting dean of the pedagogical faculty, before the announcement of the competition, was appointed Candidate of Pedagogics, associate professor Azhgaliev Marat Kaiyrzhanovich.

   After graduating from the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov on speciality “Kazakh language and literature and foreign language” Azhgaliev M. K. began his career at this university as a lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, held administrative positions as head of the department, deputy dean of the philological faculty. From 2013 to the present, he has been working as the head of the department of Philology, Culture and Teaching Methods of the Pedagogical faculty of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.

   Azhgaliev M.K. is the author of about 100 scientific and methodological articles, 2 monographs, 2 textbooks.

   For the achievements he was awarded the badge of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “For merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (No. 82, September 25, 2017) and the badge of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Honorary teacher of Kazakhstan – 2019” for special merits in the field of education and science (No. 124, November 2019).
