On April 10, 2019, at the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, as part of the Week of Science and Creativity, the first stage of the International Festival “Young researchers – the Future of a prosperous Kazakhstan” was held, organized as part of the Year of Youth in Kazakhstan – a competition of research projects “Financing social sphere of WKR (on the data of health care). “Welcoming speech were made by the vice-rector for science and international relations, Doctor of Chemistry, Professor Burakhta V.A.

The competition presented 9 research projects of students and undergraduates of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University and the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov.
