On April 15 and 23, 2026, meetings were held between the Head of the Department of Law, Tuleugaliev Zh.K., and 1st–4th year students of the educational program 6B04202 “Jurisprudence.”

During the meetings, key issues related to the organization of the educational process were discussed. Students were informed about the fundamental principles of academic integrity, attendance requirements, procedures for midterm assessments, completion of all types of internships, and aspects of professional certification. Special attention was given to the organization of research and extracurricular activities, as well as student participation in surveys.

The Head of the Department provided detailed explanations regarding the grounds for student dismissal, the system for assessing academic performance, and the schedule for completing and submitting coursework. The meetings also covered the goals, objectives, structure, and organization of academic and industrial internships, and introduced the main internship bases of the Department of Law.

A separate section was devoted to students’ research activities in collaboration with the faculty. It was noted that a significant number of students demonstrate a strong interest in research work.

Students were provided with comprehensive guidance on internship procedures, a list of subjects for the comprehensive examination, and recommendations for preparing for final assessment. For graduating students, specific requirements for the final attestation in the 2025–2026 academic year were outlined, including the mandatory inclusion of a practice-oriented task in examination tickets. The importance of the practical exam as a tool for assessing professional competencies in conditions close to real professional practice was emphasized.

Attention was also drawn to the importance of regular class attendance and timely tuition payment.

During the meetings, students asked a number of questions regarding the educational process, tuition fees, and the schedule of the summer examination session. All questions were addressed with clear and comprehensive answers.
