On April 2, 2026, joint online lectures were organized for students of the Veterinary educational program within the framework of academic mobility, with the participation of Bashkir State Agrarian University and West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University. The meeting was held in a дистанционный (remote) format and covered актуальные (current) issues in veterinary science and food safety.
During the event, faculty members from both universities delivered тематические (thematic) lectures. Zuleikha Zakuanovna Ilyasova, Associate Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Zoohygiene, and Veterinary-Sanitary Expertise at Bashkir State Agrarian University, Candidate of Biological Sciences, addressed the problems of infections transmitted through meat, milk, and meat and dairy products.
From WKITU, Kalamkas Kadrgulovna Keykieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, delivered a lecture devoted to pathogenic cocci and their role in the development of diseases.
Participation in the lectures allowed students not only to expand their theoretical knowledge of infectious agents but also to gain a better understanding of modern approaches to their prevention, as well as to the quality control and safety of livestock products.
The event became an effective platform for academic exchange between universities of Russia and Kazakhstan, contributing to the strengthening of professional ties and the development of competencies of future specialists.
