On March 27, 2026, a ceremonial event was held at the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, where state-recognized certificates were awarded to 21 participants of the PR0013– Pedagogical retraining educational program who successfully completed their studies.

As part of the course, participants received training in the following specializations: Informatics, Foreign Languages (two foreign languages), Kazakh Language and Literature, History, as well as Preschool Education. The Pedagogical Retraining Center, operating at the university since the 2023–2024 academic year, implements programs for individuals without prior pedagogical education who are entering the teaching profession for the first time. During this period, 54 participants have successfully completed the course and gained the opportunity to begin their careers as educators. The curriculum of the program includes general education disciplines, psychological and pedagogical subjects, and teaching practice. The final certification exam for participants took place on March 5, 2026. It is worth noting that graduates of the six-month course will soon be able to start working as teachers in educational institutions.

Participants were congratulated on their successful completion of the program by the Institute’s Director A. S. Tasmagambetov, Head of the Center for Retraining, Professional Development and Continuing Education A. N. Bekmasheva, as well as course instructors A. B. Arystanova and F. N. Makasheva, who wished them success in their teaching careers.
