On February 10, 2026, the university held an information and explanatory event dedicated to the draft Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main aim of the event was to broadly explain the contents of the draft Constitution, discuss its significance and role in society, and improve citizens’ legal literacy.
Gubaidullin Bauyrzhan Faizollauly, Chairman of the Writers’ Union of Kazakhstan and the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, writer and journalist, distinguished media professional of the Republic of Kazakhstan, editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Oral Oniri” and member of the National Kurultai, participated as a special guest at the event. The guest noted the importance of the draft Constitution for the development of society and spoke in detail about its role in the formation of a state governed by the rule of law.
During the event, the main amendments and additions to the draft Constitution were discussed, and specific answers were given to questions posed by the participants. Bauyrzhan Faizollauly also shared his professional experience and encouraged young people to actively participate in the country’s social and political life.
Following the event, participants received useful and informative information on the draft Constitution and expressed their opinions.
