On December 12, 2025, an advising session was held in groups YUR-33O and YUR-35 on the topic “Independence – the Foundation of an Eternal Nation.” The purpose of the session was to increase students’ interest in national history, deepen their understanding of the value of Independence, and foster in young people a sense of responsibility for the future of the country.

During the session, the adviser of groups YUR-33O and YUR-35, E.A. Karagoyshiyev, focused on the historical stages of Kazakhstan’s path to Independence and the important events that influenced the country’s development.

The main part of the event was the writing of essays by the students, in which they expressed their views on Independence and their patriotic feelings. The essays reflected the youth’s respect for the country’s history, their hope for Kazakhstan’s future, and their responsible attitude toward its development. The students discussed the meaning of the concept of “independence” and shared their own perspectives on its importance for the state. Participants read their essays, exchanged opinions, and engaged in discussion.

This advising session became an important event aimed at shaping the students’ civic position and strengthening the spirit of the young generation who love their country.
