December 22, 2023 Saratov State University of Genetics, Biotechnology and Engineering named after N.I. Vavilov is 110 years old! This date coincided with the anniversary of Doctor of Technical Sciences, academician of the International Academy of Agrarian Education, honorary professor of a number of agricultural universities of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation, inventor of the USSR, Honorary worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation, Professor of the University Gennady Petrovich Eroshenko.

In honor of the bright memory of the professor, the First National Scientific and Practical Conference, named after him, “Improving the efficient operation of electrical equipment in agriculture” was held.

The conference was attended by students of Gennady Petrovich – these are doctors, candidates of technical sciences of Russia and Kazakhstan.

In Kazakhstan, under his leadership, Isakhanov M.Zh., Keshuov S.A., Kamaliev F.M., Sadykova L.A., Zheksembieva N.S., Tulegenov K.K., Naurzina G.B. defended their PhD theses.

L.A. Sadykova, Associate Professor of the Department of Energy, Automation and Computer Engineering, delivered congratulations on behalf of the Rector of ZKITU at the opening of the conference. In the scientific part of the conference, each of the students spoke on the topic of their scientific work. Sadykova L.A. presented a presentation in memory of the head on the topic of the dissertation “Optimization of parameters of electrical repair enterprises in conditions of uncertainty”.

Negotiations were held on further work on the Program of creative Cooperation between the departments of ZKITU and Vavilov University, as well as on academic mobility of teachers and students.

On December 23, the conference participants were introduced to the laboratories of the Department of Electrical Equipment and Electrical Engineering and the Engineering Center. An agreement was reached on joint scientific projects, research, and writing articles in the field of energy.
