On December 8, 2023, within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Police Department for the West Kazakhstan Region and the ZKIT, a meeting was held with a representative of the employer-Deputy head of the Department for Educational and Personnel Work, Police Major Ayan Dzhubandykov with students of the Educational programs 6B04202 Jurisprudence, 6B04207 Judicial and prosecutorial activities and 6B04203 Legal regulation of transportation, movement and operation of vehicles.

At this meeting, the head of the personnel service spoke about the prestige of the service in the ranks of the Kazakh Police, the tasks and powers of this law enforcement agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The representative of the employer spoke in detail about the procedure for recruitment to the internal affairs bodies, the qualification requirements for candidates, the passing of standards for physical training for boys and girls, their internship and initial training.

1. Dzhubandykov informed about the procedure for serving in the internal affairs bodies, as well as about the available advantages in material, clothing, medical and social security of employees. Attention was drawn to the work of the institute of mentoring with young police officers, the order of their formation as specialists.

The students were shown a video about police service and given answers to numerous questions by the employer’s representative. The students were invited to practice and upon graduation to work in the Police Department of the West Kazakhstan region.
