The event was opened and the Director of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Makash Ermek Nursultanuly, made an introductory speech.

As a speaker, the head of the project office for the development of the National Qualifications System of JSC “Center for Human Resources Development” E.T. Zhumanbayev and the qualification expert of the IT Industry Development Department of ICRIAP Zh.E
