The educational program 6B07303 – “Land Management and cadastre” was developed on the basis of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 No. 319-III of the Republic of Kazakhstan “on Education” (Amendments and additions dated 20.04.2023). Industry qualification frameworks and professional standards of the National Chamber of entrepreneurs” Atameken”, as well as current regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the development of the EP, the following regulatory legal documents of NCE RK” Atameken ” were used:

Professional standards:

– Professional standard: development of Geoinformation systems, from December 19, 2019;

– Professional standard: reclamation of degraded lands , №4  10. from December 10, 2019;

– Professional standard: Agroforestry reclamation, №5 from December 25, 2019.

– Professional standard: Earthworks at the construction site, №5 from December 25, 2019 .

The educational program selects the direction of training of students in one of the following two specializations:

 “Land Management”and ” Cadastre”. During the revision of the EP, the following additions and changes were made to it:

– a number of subjects were removed and updated with the following subjects:

– Information and communication technologies, topography, cartography.

– at the request of employers, a number of new disciplines were introduced, for example, Geoinformation technologies in Land Management.

During the formation, regular periodic revision and implementation of the educational program, interaction with employers takes on a systematic character: the practice of joint discussion of the content of the curriculum with specialists of employers of the region has been formed; involvement of employees in the educational process at all stages of training (including practice); criticism of methodological developments of teachers by conducting surveys of participants in the educational process); inclusion of employees of employer organizations to work in the specialty, monitoring compliance with the requirements of legislation.

For employers, excursions are organized in the classrooms of the Department, familiarization with the material and technical base of the Department. The management of these organizations, if possible, provides assistance in creating laboratory stands.

The working curriculum is developed annually and takes into account the changes made to the educational program in accordance with the established procedure. The care and satisfaction of the needs of employers and bachelors is carried out systematically on the basis of the planned action plan.

The educational program provides for the planned results of mastering curricula in the field of vocational guidance, the tasks of linking the interests and opportunities of students with the demand in the labor market. To do this, at the meetings of the department, issues are considered on the correspondence of the stages of mastering competencies, especially the results of practice, the planned results of training and the criteria for their assessment.
