During the lecture, the important direction of ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of minors was explained. The offenses that have recently become more frequent on the street are thefts, robberies, robberies, causing bodily injury, carjacking. In accordance with Article 80 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, criminal liability of minors is provided for from the age of 14 for committing a criminal offense. As practice shows, minors are mainly brought to criminal responsibility for such crimes as theft, robbery, hooliganism, extortion of cell phones and money. This is due to the fact that the situation on the streets and in schools forms a psychological climate for teenagers and contributes to the formation of an assessment of the criminal situation in a particular courtyard of the city, school.
