On September 27, 2023, a practice-oriented lesson was conducted under the guidance of senior teachers of the Department of Law Akhmetzhan B.Z. and Nurzhanov S.U. students of the 3rd year of OP 6B04202 Jurisprudence of the Institute of Industry Technologies of WKITU visited the Ural City Criminal Court. The students participated as a listener in a criminal case under Article 366 of the Criminal Code (taking a bribe), Article 367 Part 3 of paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code (giving a bribe), which caused a resonance in the West Kazakhstan region, initiated on the fact of bribery. At the same time, an introductory tour was conducted, the specifics of the criminal process were explained, courtrooms and other premises were inspected.

Also, in order to increase the legal culture and citizens’ trust in the judicial system, students were introduced to modern work formats and new electronic services. In turn, the students thanked the staff of the court for the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the court and the changes taking place in the judicial system.
