On December 28, 2022, at the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, a teacher of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, G.M. Umbetova, organized a seminar at the branch of the department for kindergarten teachers No. 10 “Balapan” on the topic: “Psychological features of determining the readiness for school of preschool children”. During the seminar on preparing children 5-6 years old for school, we focused on pedagogical and psychological activities carried out in the family and in kindergarten, methods for determining the psychological, physiological and social readiness of children, and game situations and trainings on the formation of children’s readiness for school were analyzed and conducted.
